Strategy and Hearing Session – half day
Family Law, Parenting and/or Property- Restraining Orders, traffic/ minor criminal matters
Service Description
A comprehensive session to review court documents and evidence, develop strategy, prepare submissions, and discuss court etiquette and directions. This allows for up to five (5) hours, inclusive of solicitor review of documents provided prior to and during the session. Best suited to clients who are preparing for a final restraining order hearing, an interim Family Court hearing, a criminal matter where evidence has been received for trial or sentencing, a driving matter listed for sentencing, or an extraordinary driver’s licence application.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are subject to final approval by the Principal and should not be taken as confirmed until you have received an email or text to this effect. The practice may call you for more details to proceed with an appointment. All Appointments are subject to screening processes for client conflicts, suitability of service and any other relevant factors. Please note, rarely appointments may be subject to change by the practice due to urgency of Court Matters, should this occur you will be given no less than twenty-four hours notice, where possible.
