Review and Drafting Session
Family Law, Parenting and/or Property- Restraining Orders, traffic/ minor criminal matters
Service Description
A focused appointment for reviewing existing documents, providing advice, and assisting with drafting during the session. Allow up to three (3) hours, which includes any prior review of documents. Documents are to be provided in advance for solicitor review immediately prior to/ during the session. Best suited to clients who have reached an agreement in mediation, need consent orders reviewed, must respond to legal or court documents, want to negotiate a settlement, require assistance with restraining orders or police/traffic matters, or need to make a court application.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are subject to final approval by the Principal and should not be taken as confirmed until you have received an email or text to this effect. The practice may call you for more details to proceed with an appointment. All Appointments are subject to screening processes for client conflicts, suitability of service and any other relevant factors. Please note, rarely appointments may be subject to change by the practice due to urgency of Court Matters, should this occur you will be given no less than twenty-four hours notice, where possible.
